Far East Associates (FEA) is a professional architectural firm focused on building design, master planning, urban design, construction management, and quantity survey. Our firm is a registered partnership composed of a multidisciplinary staff of architects, environmental planners, and engineers.

Daniel Lim

As the Founder and Managing Partner, Daniel Lim has more than twenty two years of intensive work experience in the field of architecture, urban planning, and project management. He established Far East Associates (FEA) in 1994, he has collaborate with international architectural firms in Manila, Dubai, and the US, and responsible for a wide range of work from commercial, corporate, institutional, hospitality, industrial, to private houses. His focused ability to integrate design with good financial planning has led to the success of the projects.

His education in the fields of architecture, urban and regional planning, real estate management, and construction management, and his extensive experience have garnered awards and recognitions from clients, civic organizations, and business institutions.

Samuel Paul Lim

Samuel Lim is the Senior Partner and Head of Design. He joined
Far East Associates in 2002 and is responsible for projects that vary
in scale from commercial, corporate, educational, to residential buildings.
Having played a leading role in a number of projects, he has an in-depth
knowledge of the planning and creative processes and has overseen
numerous successful applications.

He obtained his education in Urban and Regional Planning in 2005
and in Architecture in 2001 from the University of the Philippines.
